2. Then you or the gift recipient selects the perfect photo.

3. Mail your photo or digital CD via the kit's enclosed photo mailer or submit you selected image over the internet.

It's That Easy! Your "ready to display" heirloom tapestry throw will be shipped back to you, at our cost, in approximately 2-6 weeks.

Just order the kit for the throw and follow the simple enclosed instructions. Choose a color or black and white photo of any special memory that you wish to memorialize, and when you send it to Woven Moments, they will create your throw of that picture. You can send in a paper photo using the photo mailer included with the kit, or a digital photo submitted on a disk or via e-mail. Black and white photos will be reproduced only in black and white. Color photos can be reproduced in either full color or black and white. Be sure to submit a high quality photo that is at least 4 inches by 6 inches or larger (but not larger than an 8 inch by 10 inch photo). Digital photos should be clear and have a high resolution. The quality of your photo will impact the quality of your throw. Avoid sending photos that are bent or have water or soil damage as they do not reproduce clearly.

Finished Product: Jacquard woven from 100% cotton. Spot or dry clean only.

Woven Moments is available in four different kits. There is the Woven Moments Throw, Woven Moments Designer Series Throw, Woven Moments Tapestry Wall Hanging, and the Woven Moments Purse and/or Pillow Kit.

The Woven Moments Purse and Pillow kit can be used for 2 Purses, 2 Pillows, or 1 pillow and 1 purse. The same picture must be used for both of the items.

One kit is for an order of one throw. Each piece is made in the USA. Your Woven Moments Throw will measure 50 inches by 60 inches and is woven in 100% cotton. These throws are fringed on all four sides. They look great on a bed or over a sofa. Final products are customized, and therefore, cannot be returned.

NOTE: This item contains one Woven Moments Throw Kit. The kit will contain the instructions on how to send your order and photo to Woven Moments. Additional shipping will be charged by Woven Moments if you request shipping to a destination outside the contiguous United States. Those rates are noted inside your kit and will be collected by Woven Moments.

What is the Return Policy?

All damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to info@banglesandbags.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, lotions, powders, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you do not like your purchase and wish to return it to us.  The item must be in NEW, Unused condition.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Shipping costs, Insurance & Rush Fees are NOT refundable! 

If your order received FREE shipping then a charge of $5 per item will be taken out of the refund given back to your credit card to cover our shipping and processing fees.

The shipping cost you pay includes the "actual" shipping cost from the service provider plus our overhead shipping costs to cover shipping personnel, courier service, returns, and other handling and shipping related costs.
